Our story

Our story

Aggarwal Samaj began in 1952 when a handful of families in a Delhi neighbourhood came together to arrange the wedding of a girl whose father had passed away. That single act of collective responsibility became an institution.

Over seven decades, the Samaj has grown into a structured organisation with elected office bearers, audited accounts and clearly defined sevas — matrimonial support, religious travel, free education, health camps, scholarships and emergency relief.

Everything we run is funded by member contributions and donor support, and every rupee is accounted for in our annual report published each year at the general body meeting.
